What To Bring
The Crown Jewel will provide you with a luxurious robe, towel and slippers in addition to locker amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Other items are available upon request. Please do not bring valuables to the spa.

Spa Etiquette
Arrive at least 20 minutes before your first appointment to allow yourself ample time to check in, change and familiarize yourself with the spa. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will cheat you of
precious minutes of your spa service. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you start. The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones, pagers and smoking are prohibited.

What To Wear
It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, although you may wear a swimsuit or undergarments if you prefer. Keep in mind that our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly
and to protect your privacy at all times. You will be asked to fill out a spa questionnaire that will be kept on file.

Health Benefits Of Spa Treatments
The guaranteed benefit of a spa visit is a relaxing environment, which reduces stress. Stress reduction is one of the major contributors to good health. Many spa services are tailored to relieving various aches and pains. Additionally, take-home programs can be developed to promote lifestyle changes for long-term benefits.

Physical Ailments, Disabilities or Allergies
If any of these apply, please notify the spa coordinator when booking your appointments. Also notify your therapist at the time of treatment. Some spa treatments are questionable in cases of pregnancy, high blood pressure or heart disease.

Pregnancy
Although you will want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat, you might want to take advantage of our customized Mommy Beautiful package or a pregnancy massage. Please advise us of your due date when booking your appointment.

Gratuities
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. The spa & salon coordinator will be happy to assist you.

Children
This is an adult spa and salon and, due to liability, children under 12 will not be allowed in the waiting area unless accompanied by an adult. Children will not be allowed in the salon area unless they are
receiving a service.

Cancellation Policy
Any spa package or service requires a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a charge. If we are notified less than 48 hours ahead, we will deduct half of the package price of your service. If we are
notified less than 24 hours ahead, or you fail to show up for your treatment, we will charge you the entire amount. After three cancelled appointments, we must have a credit card number to book an appointment and your credit card will be charged for the service.

Gift Cards
CJ offers the convenience of online gift carding - have your gift card shipped to that special someone
with a few clicks of your mouse. Gift cards expire five year after date of purchase. Gift cards are not
redeemable for cash or credit and must be presented at the time of service.
